Where to Find Golden Armor in Sons of the Forest

So, where to find this set? It is in one of the many hidden facilities and bunkers built underground or in caves. This cave is located in the southeastern part of the map, near a big lake below the mountains. It is the biggest lake on the map, hard to miss. The entrance to the cave is east of the lake. Check out our map below for the exact location.

Before we proceed, a fair warning – minor spoilers ahead! When you enter the cave and continue forward, you will eventually find a manmade hatch leading into one of these enigmatic bunkers. By the way, you will need a Maintenance Keycard to enter here. At Level 1 of this bunker, a cutscene will ensue, with a grotesque monstrosity and some humans. After which, you can explore the first level of the bunker. However, the Golden Armor is not there. Rather, it is at Level 2. Hence, head back to the stairs and down an additional level.

On the second level, you’ll enter a broad hallway with some rooms and loot inside them. However, to find the Golden Armor, you should proceed to the second hallway, which looks the same, and enter the second room (the Katana is in the first room). The second room has some kind of foam/water at the entrance. And inside, you will find the Golden Armor lying on the couch.
