Where to Find Professional Hitman Special Operative in Watch Dogs Legion?

To find the special hitman operative in Watch Dogs Legion, the simplest thing to do is to turn the Nine Elms borough from oppressed to defiant. That’s when the area turns green and gets a little green check mark next to its name. You do that by basically clearing out all the red icons on the map. It’s very much like Assassin’s Creed, standard Ubisoft fare. When Nine Elms becomes defiant, you’ll get a professional hitman as a reward. You can also get a spy in Watch Dogs Legion and other special operatives in a similar manner.

However, that’s not the only way to get the Watch Dogs Legion hitman operative. If you don’t like the one you got in Nine Elms, or simply don’t want to wait, or you lost a hitman due to permadeath, don’t worry; you have another recourse. Spawn into Brewer Street in Westminster, head right, and into the alley on the left. If you’re lucky, you’ll find a hitman doing their job. You might need to try several times, since it is random. There might be other locations, too; if you find them somewhere else, tell us in the comments.

Some of the skills that a hitman can have include Gunkata, Combat Roll, different vendettas, weapons like the Desert Eagle, etc. If you don’t like the roll you get, you might not want that operative to stick around. If that’s the case, you can dismiss them easily. To find out how, check out our Dismiss Recruits – Remove Operatives Without Permanent Death guide.
