Hearts of Stone Launch Trailer | The Witcher 3
CD Projekt Red have released the launch trailer for Hearts of Stone, the first full-fledged expansion pack for The Witcher 3. The new video introduces the story, as well as some mighty interesting characters.
It’s a bit confusing, but here’s the gist: Geralt somehow ends up in prison, and the vagrant from White Orchard (the one from the tavern, who gave him info about Yen) shows up and offers a deal.
In exchange for his help, Geralt will have to do him a favor.
We don’t know what exactly the favor is, but afterwards he fights an immortal bandit, stalks a giant frog, plans a heist and roams the ghost realm. Lots will happen, obviously. Some new mechanics are even being introduced, like the Runewords upgrade system.
