In the harbor you’ll run into large man called Timmon, who will tell you that his brothers, Mikkel and Ulf, sailed for Hindarsfjall a few days ago to get his betrothed, Agda, but haven’t returned. He believes they may have run aground somewhere on the northern coast of Faroe island. Agree to look for them.

Walkthrough

Following contains quest spoilers. You’ve been warned

Use your Witcher Senses to search the shore.

Take the boat or walk to the northeastern shore of Faroe, east of the village of Trottheim. Go to the objective area where you’ll at least four drowned dead and four sirens. Kill them, then use your Witcher Senses to find Agda’s corpse.

Examine the beach near the dead girl using the magic lamp.

When you get to her, use the Magic Lamp to reveal two ghosts hovering above her. Apparently, the two brothers couldn’t save her and, instead of returning home to face their family, decided to kill themselves instead.

Follow the footsteps and investigate the crime scene.

Use your Witcher Senses to find two sets of footprints leading to the southeast. Follow them across the beach and up to a clifftop where you’ll find two bodies beneath a tree. One of the bodies will have these items:
  • Chest Key
  • Letter from Agda’s father to Timmon

Tell the young man what happened to his betrothed and his brothers.

The key unlocks a chest in the sunken ship near the place where you found Agda’s body.

Take the letter to Timmon and tell him what had happened. You’ll have the option to give him any coins you’ve found in the chest(if you’ve opened it), or you can keep the gold for yourself. The quest is now over.
