What would Valentine’s Day be for Guardians worldwide without the annual Crimson Days event? Of course that you’ll be able to enjoy the in-game festivities with your favorite Destiny 2 partner. The event will take place between February 11th and February 18th. While the event lasts, you’ll be able to complete Crimson Bond matches in the Crucible together, as well as bounties that Shaxx will give you to do in PvE areas. And, of course, you’re gonna earn special Confectionary Hearts that you can exchange for Crimson Days-themed stuff.

Here’s how things are gonna go down. The Crimson Bond matches are 2v2 fights in which you get higher ability regeneration as long as you stick near your partner. If you stray away, the enemies can see everything you’re doing. And, if you’re not up to PvP, as I’ve mentioned, you can always go and complete PvE bounties from Shaxx together in a two-person fireteam. You’ll be earning double XP for daily and weekly bounties, along with the aforementioned Confectionary Hearts.

The Crimson Days-themed things you can unlock by spending the Hearts include, among other things, the new Sparrow seen above, and even items from previous events, in case you missed them. you can check them all out here. Once you get the Sparrows and the connected Triumph, you can also get an emblem via Bungie rewards. Also, if you have spare Hearts, you can spend them on Warmhearted Gift that contain Glimmer and a slight chance of legendary loot. And, of course, there will be cosmetics to purchase from the Eververse.
