Borderlands 3 DLC Release Time – Director’s Cut

When is the Release Time of Borderlands 3 Director’s Cut DLC

We don’t know at what exact release time of the Borderlands 3 Director’s Cut DLC at the time of writing; we just know that it’s coming out on April 8th. However, based on the launch times of previous DLCs, we can kind of make educated guesses. The first four chapters dropped at 12 PM US Eastern Time, while the final one, Designer’s Cut, launched at 8 AM Eastern Time. So, we can assume that the release window of the Director’s Cut DLC will be somewhere inside that window. If we find any further info, we’ll add it in.

As for the content that you can expect to see, there are two exciting new activities, new Legendary Gear, and of course, behind-the-scenes content. The first activity are a new raid, in which you’ll fight “the most fearsome of all Varkids,” Hemovorous the Invincible. Fighting the huge bug will be grueling, but the top-tier loot will be worth it. The second one is a murder mystery that Ava gives you. It will take you across Pandora, Promethea, Eden-6, and Nekrotafeyo.

As for the rest of the content in the Borderlands 3 Director’s Cut DLC, the behind-the-scenes stuff will show you bloopers, a gallery full of concept art and the like, insight from developers, and more. It will also introduce a new system called Vault Cars, aka challenge-based reward tracks that unlock themed loot. Lastly, there’s the Multiverse Disciples of the Vault Cosmetics, which let you dress up your character as a villain faction. You’ll get these automatically if you own Season Pass 2 or Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition. Otherwise, you will need to purchase them separately.
