Destiny 2 Character Deletion Bug
The Destiny 2 character deletion bug has been the topic of much heated discussion among the players. Several Guardians have complained on Reddit that their characters, in which they’ve poured in a lot of effort in, have just evaporated. Needless to say, this has caused panic among the base, because of course it has. So, in this article, we’ll discuss what’s happening and whether there’s anything you can do about it.
Character Deletion Bug in Destiny 2
The character deletion bug in Destiny 2 has been causing a lot of fear among the player base, as we’ve mentioned in the introduction. While the glitch has affected a relatively small percentage of Guardians, the fact that it has happened more than once is cause for alarm. Sure, odds are it won’t hit you specifically… but it could. Is it worth the risk of losing your Titan or whatever you play and have poured an ungodly amount of hours into? Your god rolls? Absolutely not. Now, it’s true that Bungie has managed to restore one lost character. However, it took a lot of developers and work to pull it off. It’s not looking good, is what I’m saying.
So, with all of that said, what can you do about the Destiny 2 character deletion bug? Well, nothing. Every time you log in, you’re rolling the dice. Sure, the dice has thousands of sides, but you better not roll a one. And if this glitch does happen to you, well, then you’d better lodge a complaint to Bungie and hope for the best. It wouldn’t hurt to post on Reddit to get some support, by the way. Now, I don’t want you to go away from this article in fear that your character is definitely going to disappear. It is truly very rare (at time of writing). I do hope that Bungie will be able to remove the bug completely. Still, be careful out there.
