How to Open Glowing Rune Locked Chests in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep?

To open the glowing rune / symbol locked chests in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep, you’re gonna have to note which symbols are on there. Then, look around the area to find where they are in the vicinity. We’ll cover that in a moment. When you find the three symbols, you have to shoot them in order, left to right. So, in the example below and above, we’ll name the runes Spring, A, and O. You have to find and shoot the symbols in the exact same order.

Shoot the runes in the correct order

So, really, opening the glowing symbol chests is relatively simple. The biggest challenge is to find where the runes are. At least one rune is gonna be somewhere in the level, as you can see above. However, often, you’ll have to kill a nearby orange-bar enemy in order for another room to spawn. In fact, it might so happen that two runes will appear from such enemies. So, yeah, if you don’t find the other runes, start killing.

Upon opening the chests, you’ll likely get a blue from there, some materials, and Glimmer. Relatively standard stuff, but hey, we’re talking Destiny here. You want to open every single chest and get whatever is in there. If nothing else, you can just trash the weapons you don’t like for more materials and whatnot. And, now you know how to handle glowing rune chests. If you need help with anything else, you can check out out guides, like Monte Carlo Exotic Auto Rifle – How to Get, Eris Morn ?????
