Where to Find Trove Guardian – Memory of Toland the Shattered in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep?

To find the Trove Guardian for the Destiny 2 Shadowkeep Memory of Toland the Shattered in Destiny 2, there are three locations that you’ll have to search: Hellmouth, Archer’s Line, and Anchor of Light. The Trove Guardian switches locations every week, so it’s a little tricky to locate him exactly. At the time of writing, he’s in Archer’s Line, and the next week he’ll most likely be in Anchor of Light, seeing as how he was in Hellmouth last week. That’s appears to be his rotation pattern.

To be more specific, we found the Trove Guardian on the road from Sanctuary to Archer’s Line. As you go over the narrow bridge and past the “gateway,” head to the right and up the hill. There are two small domed “houses” there, and the Trove Guardian is prowling around this area. Take a gander at the images below if you need visual aides. To get the Trove Guardian chest in the Memory of Toland the Shattered quest in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep, after killing the Trove Guardian, it’s time to hurry up. If you’ve killed him in Archer’s Line, as described above, turn towards the chasm and look for a black platform that seems to lead off the ledge. As you approach the edge of the platform, a new one will appear in front of you. Jump onto it.

Walk to the opposite edge of the new platform, and another one will appear above you and to the left. Hop over there, and walk to the edge once more. You’ve guessed it, yet another platform will pop up above you and to the left. Head to the opposite end, and jump onto the next platform, which will appear in front of and above you. The next platform will appear in front of and below you. When you land on this platform, walk to the opposite edge, and look to the right. That’s where the chest will be.

Now, I have to be very clear here: this chest location is only for Archer’s Line. If you kill the Trove Guardian in Hellmouth or Anchor of Light, the chest will be in that zone. We can’t cover that right now, seeing as how the Trove Guardian moves on a weekly basis. Luckily, the system for getting it is the same, it’s only the location that changes, so it shouldn’t be too big of an issue.
