When you get there, you’ll see an orange-lit cave on your right. What you want to do is head to the edge of the icy cliff further to the right of that entrance. When you get there, you need to gently hop off the ledge and use your jetpack to land onto a tiny shelf below. That’s actually an entrance to a cave. The recipe will be among a bunch of boxes near the edge of the shelf; the quest marker will lead you straight to it.
