Wanted: Ghaul Devotee is a bounty in Destiny 2 Forsaken. You can pick up the bounty from Spider, the vendor on Tangled Shore, for a handful of Ghost Fragments. Like all Bounties in Destiny 2 Forsaken, it’s valid for seven days after purchase. Your job is to find and eliminate the Ghaul Devotee bounty, and he’s hiding somewhere on Io. You might be having trouble finding him, so here’s our Destiny 2 Ghaul Devotee Lost Oasis location guide.
Wanted: Ghaul Devotee – Lost Oasis on Io
As the clue given to you by Spider clearly states, Ghaul Devotee is hiding on Io, somewhere in the Lost Oasis. Now, the Lost Oasis is an open area, so you’ll have to do a bit of searching in order to find the escapee. Basically, your bounty is a high-value target, meaning that he’ll behave just like one. He’ll hang around the area, and then disappear after a while, if you don’t kill him in time. High-value targets tend to spawn more often during or after an event, so try and time it for your convenience. As for the exact location of Ghaul Devotee, he’s usually patrolling around the large rock formation in the center of Lost Oasis. There’s a large stone archway there that can serve as a reference point. However, you’ll still have to cruise around until you find the bounty.
You’ll recognize Ghaul Devotee by his spiky armor, his yellow health bar, and his name, with “Wanted” in front. Plus, Ghaul Devotee will use his jetpack in regular intervals, so you can easily see him merrily hopping about. He’s not at all hard to spot. If he doesn’t spawn, or happens to disappear before you kill him, you’re going to either have to wait, or return to orbit and hope he comes back. The upside here is that Ghaul Devotee is usually alone in this area, so you won’t have too much trouble from those pesky additional mobs. Don’t let your guard down, though, because, as all bounties, the Devotee packs a punch. Get rid of him ASAP.
Once you’re done with Ghaul Devotee, you’re free to go back to Spider and pick up another bounty, if you so wish. If you need help with those, you can check out some of our other Bounty guides, including Karugul, Queenbreaker, Dust-Choked Thrag, and others.
