Destiny 2 Nightfall Strike - The Arms Dealer

Destiny 2 Nightfall Strike, The Arms Dealer, is now live. As you’d expect, the recommended Power level is very high. Of course, there will be modifiers to make things even more difficult (or easier, depending on how you adjust to them), as well as three challenges for you to complete. The Nightfall will be available over the course of one week, and it’s a doozy, judging by the Power level it asks for. We’re going to help you with our article on the Arms Dealer Nightfall Strike in Destiny 2.

Nightfall Arms Dealer Strike in Destiny 2 Details

The name of the first Destiny 2 Nightfall Strike is Arms Dealer, because you’ll have to “shut down the operations of an ironmonger providing weapons to the Red Legion.” No doubt, the Red Legion will put up quite the fight in order to protect their weapon supply. The Nightfall will be up from September 5th to September 12th, for those Guardians that can and are brave enough to enter. You’ll unlock the Nightfall once you hit power level 230 and finish the story.

What is Arms Dealer Nightfall Recommended Power Level?

The recommended Power level for the Arms Dealer Nightfall strike is 240. If you’re new to Destiny, you might be surprised at the steep conditions you have to meet. Veterans will know why, though. There is also Prestige Mode with recommended Power level 300. It has the same challenges and modifiers, but the enemies are stronger and smarter, and the time pressure is greater. Also, you;ll not be able to change your equipment after starting the strike. As it stands, it’s doubtful how many players will get to play this strike right off the bat.

Arms Dealer Nightfall Strike Challenges & Modifiers

There are three challenges in the Arms Dealer Nightfall Strike, and they are as follows:

  • Speed of Dark: Complete the Nightfall with at least 5 minutes remaining.
  • Unbroken: Complete the Nightfall with fewer than 3 deaths.
  • Trash the Thresher: Shoot down a Thresher while fighting Bracus Zahn.

There are two modifiers:
