Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris PvP Activity Returning in March

Way back when, in May of 2015, the Trials of Osiris first came out in the first Destiny in the House of Wolves update. It was a high-stakes 3v3 PvP activity, and people loved it. So, it only makes sense that Bungie would bring it back in Destiny 2. In fact, I remember people hoping that the activity would make a return in Curse of Osiris. Well, it didn’t happen then, but it is happening now. Almost five years after the first appearance, Trials of Osiris is coming to Destiny 2 on Friday, March 13th.

When the Trials of Osiris launch, you can expect to square off against other Guardians in three maps that you’ll recognize from Destiny 1. Yes, Cauldron, Exodus Blue, and Anomaly are making a grand comeback. However, don’t rely too much on strategies that you might remember from back in the day. The new abilities and general speed of Destiny 2 is certain to shake things up to where old methods just might not do the trick. And, of course, the awesome-looking Osiris gear is also coming back; if you ask me, the armors are by far the best-looking gear in the game.

So, there you have it, Guardians. Some two weeks from the time of writing, you’ll be able to play the fabled Trials of Osiris. I’m pretty sure that both old and new Destiny players are going to have a blast with it. And the fact that you get to look like an Autobot from Ancient Egypt is certainly going to be a great incentive.
