Willard’s Rest homestead stash in RDR2 is one of several such locations in the game. Getting the Red Dead Redemption 2 homestead stash in Willard’s Rest is a little more complicated than others. It requires you to go through several steps, and you can’t even attempt it before Chapter 6, so it might be the last Red Dead 2 homestead stash you’ll come across. So, here’s our Red Dead Redemption 2 Willard’s Rest Homestead Stash Location guide to show you exactly where to find it and how to get it.
Where to Find Willard’s Rest Location in RDR2?
To find Willard’s Rest in Red Dead Redemption 2, you have to go to the northeasternmost point on the map. Basically, you can start from Annesburg in Roanoke, and just keep heading north. Just make sure to not cross the river. If you come across the place called Brandywine Drop, head northeast from there. Side note: don’t bother coming here before completing the mission “A Fork in the Road” in Chapter 6.
Anyway, once you reach Willard’s Rest, you’ll come across a widow called Charlotte burying her husband. Talk to her, and be nice. You’ll hear her sad story, and Arthur will volunteer to teach her how to hunt. After the hunting sequence, you’ll also have to save Charlotte from wolves. Later still, when you bring her home safely, she’ll thank you and tell you to come back later whenever you want. Now, get ready to do some waiting, or go away and do other stuff. Why? Well…
How to Get Willard’s Rest RDR2 Homestead Stash?
To get the Willard’s Rest homestead stash in Red Dead Redemption 2, you’re gonna have to wait for at least two days after teaching Charlotte how to hunt. Yes, at least two days. You can g back and check Willard’s Rest for Charlotte practicing shooting bottles in her yard. If it doesn’t happen, wait another day, and check again. Eventually, it should finally happen. When it does, approach her and talk to her.
After a little bit of shooting bottles, Charlotte will invite you inside for a meal. Things go very wrong, and you end up waking up in Charlotte’s bed. Once you do, loot the jewelry box on the nightstand, and you’ll get $100. Also, loot everything else you can find, and that should do it.
