You get that ingredient by killing Taken. Lastly, complete different activities to earn Essence of Dawning.

Once you have everything you need, bake the cookies using the oven that Eva Levante gave you. Once you have what you need, head to The Drifter and give him the treat, then do the same for Brother Vance. This will complete both of the steps in the Delivery Drifter and Vance quest step in the Spreading Cheer quest. Plus, it should count for the Gifts Baked step as well, if you don’t have the fifty from the previous Dawning event.
