Destiny 2 Lightfall Missing, Deluxe Edition Pre Order Issues
Now that Lightfall is out, Destiny 2 players are delighted that they can explore all the new content that’s been added to the game. However, for some players, this – sadly – isn’t the case. Namely, a number of players that have pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition of Lightfall have found that they haven’t actually received the expansion pack itself. And, as it is missing, they can’t play it. So what to do if Lightfall is missing from the pre-ordered Deluxe Edition and how is there anything you can do to solve these issues in Destiny 2? How to Fix Deluxe Edition Pre-Order Lightfall Missing in Destiny 2
The first thing that you need to be aware of here is how pre-ordering functions when it comes to Microsoft. In most cases, you won’t actually be charged when you place the pre-order itself. Rather, this is set to occur at a later date, one that is usually closer to the release date – typically 10 days before the game goes live. So, a possible reason why Lightfall is missing even though you have pre-ordered the Deluxe edition of the game could be that, at the time when it came to charging for it, you didn’t have enough money in your account. To make sure this isn’t the case, check your order history to see if it says that the order has been canceled, or that the payment is pending – something to that effect.
Another possible reason can happen if you are playing on Xbox. This could be down to a launch issue that is present on that console, and we have covered how to fix it here.
