How to Get Retraced Path Destiny 2 Legendary Trace Rifle

To get the Destiny 2 Retraced Path legendary trace rifle, “all” that you need to do is play Dares of Eternity an thereby get your hands on Treasure Keys. Make sure that you’ve farmed up a whole bunch of them, because you’ll have to deal with some RNG. The next step is to go to Xur’s Treasure Hoard and use a Treasure Key to unlock the chest on Xur’s right. This chest grants you event weapons, and, yes, costs “just” one key to open. Obviously, the gun you get from the chest is actually completely random, so rinse and repeat the process until you eventually finally get the one you want. It’s definitely going to take you a fair number of tries, so just be patient and keep trying. You’re used to this if you play Destiny, anyway.

So, that’s how you get the Retraced Path legendary trace rifle in Destiny 2. With that out of the way, we do have to mention that the gun can get some really good perks, if you’re lucky, that can make it an absolute buzzsaw. So, good luck on those rolls. Also, the rifle is a part of the Destiny 2 Bungie 30th Anniversary event. If you’ve played one of the older Halos, you might even recognize what the Retraced Path is paying homage to. And speaking of, we’ve got a few other guides on the subject for you to check out, such as How to get Destiny 2 Gjallarhorn Catalyst, Magnum Opus Exotic Quest, Strange Key & Forerunner Sidearm, and others.
